Some of the benefits are good. It is an international company.
Cons
Because it is a large company, some of the mandatory training programs have no bearing on your position, are a waste of time, but impossible to avoid. Hard-working employees are exploited, while others are allowed to sail through their day.
Pay and Benefits. They were very competitive compared against places that others with MBAs went to work for. They implemented a new bonus structure my last year, that was a plus since all of the competition had similar programs.
Cons
There was constantly restructuring going on. My particular division reorganized 3 times in a year. The work was extremely difficult and we had to wrok lots of hours with little recognition. The projects that we worked on were extremely complex and difficult, in fact I would say that they were unrealistic, but we were hit hard in performance review for not delivering, while upper management would more on to other projects.
