      Current Senior Management is a Significant Problem

      Pros

      The workforce is generally knowledgeable with employees who are committed to support their customers.

      Cons

      The current senior leadership demotivates managers and employees. The most senior person and HR director are particularly oppressive.

      Pros

      If you have the right connections there are some very good engineering jobs.

      Cons

      The increases in pay are very small, most below the inflation rate. The amount of paper work increases and you are expected to work unpaid overtime to keep up with the work load. The company does not replace people that leave and expects the remaining people to pickup the additional work load. The worst problem is that comments and suggestions from people not in management are rejected no matter the value to the company.

      Many avenues for personal growth, salary is decent, work life balance is good. Hard work and competence is rewarded, you get to work with other good people.

      Cons

      Huge bureaucracy, hinders tactical performance of company, automating key services like HR and IT help desk is a night mare. Office space and equipment could be better
