      Pros

      Nice view of the mountains, great people on the floor. Great matching 401K and vacation time. Easy drive from north Tucson.

      Cons

      Very long hours expected, including every Saturday. If not working weekends then it's going to be a real issue. Unrealistic expectations in short time frames.

      One of the best reasons to work at Honeywell is the eight percent match in their 401K retirement program. Unfortunately in 2010, it drops to four percent.

      Cons

      Managers who have not worked their way up in the organization who try to manage without any knowledge of the work performed.
