Pros
Projects offered are good to work on, project management practices are closely followed as being a process oriented company.
Cons
Lots of process increases pressure on individual. No proper work life balance. Considering Madurai as a location to set up firm is not good decision as it promotes local talent only rather than creating opportunities for people all over country.
