      Structured processes and skilled colleagues, but toxic management

      Pros

      They follow a structured process, so many knowledgeable people to work with. Skill development and client visibility is awesome. Good work from home opportunuties

      Cons

      Too much of toxicity and micro management. Overtime work with no incentive Managers never solve the problem when there is one they just cover it up and have zero knowledge on the technical work that the team does but always have a say in the delivery date.
