      Not a bad organization to start your carrer as fresher for someone with average competency

      Pros

      1. Easy work environment with manageable work pressure. 2. There are learning areas within projects If you could identify them and proactively build your career. 3. Time to study either for higher studies/strengthening technical side of yours.

      Cons

      1. If you are a pro in graduation or from a pro college having published papers etc, you may get frustrated after joining. 2. I do not know about other batches, but from my batch of 35-40 freshers, more than 80% were given support projects. i.e. almost negligible learning. 3. Soon, one with bigger goal in life and ability to achieve same, starts preparing himself for switching the job.

      Only good for brand name...Employee is the last to care for!

      Pros

      Good environment and activities. Onsite Opportunities. Good for senior management.

      Cons

      No transparency in the projects. Very Bad Senior Management (Depends on project basis). HR Dept.is not helpful at all and works under the dictatorship of the management. Employees are not heard at all.
