      Good people. nice atmosphere, base salary. Well fit for people which are looking to start a career on IT fields in order to gain know how and knowledge in mechanics of it service desk processes and policies.

      Cons

      Any plan to invest on people growth, some promises as a lot of companies around, however in reality it's not seen as a valuable and strategic for the overall business to invest on people.
