      You make your own way up, you can have a good relationship with anyone based on whom you have contacts with and what you do for the organization your designation does not matter after some time

      Cons

      Some HR policies sucks, and the travel policies are awful, does not take care of you while travelling even if are an Employee first organization...it is becoming more of a profit margin first, employee second organization.
