      A company with mix both strong positives and negatives

      Pros

      HCL provides Account Managers with a lot of freedom and autonomy. There is a lot of scope for new learning. Very aggressive sales organization.

      Cons

      In HCL it is difficult to maintain work life balance. Occasionally, it is very difficult to see clear vision and strategy emanating at Senior Management level.

      Pretty knowledgeable about work ethics, good career growth, had a good exposure to different assignments and responsibilities, good team management.

      Cons

      Applying for leave was a problem, too much of work pressure, not sufficient VOIPs due to which had to wait for hours and search for places all across the building to make the call

      Good HR policies that include the employee first policy, in some divisions open and friendly management

      Cons

      Same old service company :-) HR policies not always implemented in the spirit. Middle and senior mgmt need to get a grip on some functions and know when to push back
