      I've experienced some of the worst managers with this company. Experian was run like a prison compound. They do not listen to the team needs. In every meeting John Cavallo always said. ( If you don't like it go tell HR. In fact, I will write the HR report for you)

      It is with utmost disappointment that I'm sharing that HCL Sri Lanka is the worst workplace I ever worked with. There is no work-life balance of diversity. Top management is Indians who do not have any empathy of sympathy towards employees. They want you to work all the time irrespective of your leaves or off hours. Also, there is no transport provided when you work odd hours. You will have to go through hyper pressure and do not recommend this place at all to anyone.
