Hiring for some role and allocating some useless roles. Repetition of same work allocated to multiple persons. Wavering focus, everyday unique priorities and later goes to trash then starts with new most of them were useless. No focus or plan or process. Most of the time spent on meetings with no outcomes. Force fitting certain things and overdoing on certain aspects. Working on old technologies. Multiple weekend spoilers no comp-offs. All day work at office and the list goes on and on. Had a great feel when HCLTECh offered but this Edtech totally spoiled the hcl image. Thank god I escaped.

Many 1) Since many of the employees are working for clients, the bonus eligible for an employee working for staffing company is not applicable for HCL employees. Salary remains same for almost all contract employees be it from HCL or pure Bodyshop companies. So you are at disadvantage. 2) When a contract employee, works well it’s usually practice that they will be absorbed by client as full time employee. While pure staffing companies allow this, companies like HCL won’t allow this. 3) Even if client gives $500 hike in billing rate, when it comes to HCL, they may give a hike at the max$200 to employee. But in case of pure staffing company the entire benefit is passed on…
