      Pros

      Sign-on and retention bonuses were excellent, although I suspect they were paid by the client that rebadged us. Work-life balance is good. Benefits, other than dental, are not bad in my location.

      Cons

      Doer-checker. They don't trust me to do a job that I've done for 25+ years. I have to have someone else verify every command that I type. Tools to log time, request time off are frequently broken. General consensus for rebadged US employees is our job is to train our lower cost replacements in India.

      I can't think of anything positive.

      Cons

      An Indian-based company that provides outsourcing support for other companies wishing to unload gargantuan labor costs. Faceless non-American bosses, who prefer puppets for subordinate leaders. Are not concerned with customers as much as spreadsheets and ticket completion. Completely dried up a functional IT support system with a dysfunctional replacement.
