      Good Health Insurance Benefits in USA. Job stability.

      Cons

      Too much of internal politics, poor management policies, weak HR system. The HRs themselves are not aware of the policies and keep on passing emails from one to another, and you never get a satisfactory reply. Everything works on who you know basis.

      Cons

      Middle level managers have no direction to growth. If your RM is favouring you, you will get the best growth. Multiple companies within companies. So cross vertical or horizontal communication is challenge.
