-Store gets really dirty. Not fun to clean up -Worked overtime a LOT. then they'd cut my hours so I wouldn't get paid overtime. I worked a 24 hour shift one time. Then they made me come back in the next afternoon, but cut me for the rest of the week. not a good way to give me a work/life balance!

Lack of promotion for managers. Once you reach the manager level the district teams have no interest in developing you. It's all about the store and how you can do more with less while making the same amount. there is never-ending internal promotion process that is more harm than good and leaves people in limbo. They deny people higher positions out of the stores and then don't allow for experience or training to get you to that level so they just hire someone from the outside who doesn't know what they're doing.
