Pros

Great place to work. Opportunity to work on different positions and learning new things. if your good you will get more responsibilities and some people liked it and some didn't. Great discount, great benefits, good pay.

Cons

no structure in Training - if you don't ask questions and are not into "the H&M way" nobody will hold your hand. You have to be able to comprehend fast and take initiative.

Pros

All retail jobs are tough but, with experience and proper training (10 weeks for manager is pretty good) most goals are completely reachable. Health insurance (Aetna) with dental and vision is not offered at all by many companies. 4 weeks vacation plus 7 days wellness to start is also better than many retailers (who may offer no paid vacation). 25% discount is pretty standard for most retailers

Cons

The values are often misunderstood and misused. "We believe in people" means "we wont fire you for doing a bad job, we will just put you in another situation so you can suck there". "Cost conscious" means " whatever is cheapest no matter how poor the quality". "Straightforward" means "say what you want, to who you want, when you want to". Those are just a few examples
