Pros

25% off discount instore and online.

Cons

Management were often unhelpful/ dismissive, even when dealing with extremely abusive customers which did not always feel adequately addressed. Heavily target-driven, with unrealistic goals. Morale was low despite a strong emphasis on company values. Majority of staff then made redundant during a 5 minute meeting where no questions were allowed. Other staff were required to reapply for their own roles as part of a restructure, leading to a clique of staff remaining at the top. Overall, the culture felt corporate, unsupportive, and disconnected from its stated values.

Pros

Working from home 1 day a week. 4000 SEK wellness yearly budget. People with family/kids can access more working hour-flexibility

Cons

No bonus. Structure of organization doesn’t allow organic growth. Corporate environment but without the benefits of a corp. Lack of international setting.
