- An okay salary by Italian standards - Structured company with clear hierarchies - Company canteen - Many private sales

Cons

- Micromanagement within the team - The working atmosphere within the team was very toxic. Many bring their private frustrations and insecurities to work and take them out on their colleagues. - No internationality within the team - they refuse to speak English, even the English when speaking to international teammates is borderline - No diversity, only white Italians
