Pros

- Better staff discount than most other luxury brands - Good name on your resume - Workplace amenities

Cons

- High turnover (most people stay less than 2 years), generally low and negative energy in the office - Top management have not been able to build a strong and motivated work force - No concrete career path, promotion usually granted or considered only when you submit your notice - Frequent mistakes on bonus / payrolls / commission calculations - Small local market office with implications for small teams and heavy workload (expect to work on weekends)

Pros

The majority of the team gets a long and it’s like one big family. We all support each other and some colleagues become real good friends outside of work. Clients are awesome and unique. Such a variety that each sales associate will have to be prepared to talk to clients of all ages, demographics and backgrounds. Never a dull day Such a variety of things involved in the job and so many areas to learn and know about

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance. Your work and life will eventually merge together. No flexibility in the new app you have to use to sign in and out of work. They keep changing hours and make you work longer and longer while the commission gets less and less Benefits decreased a lot recently Your expected to be a form of many things from security to cashier to sales associate so you need to be a flexible energetic person.
