Pros

Gucci is a company at the top of its industry and truly trains their employees to give the best customer service and are knowledgeable about the product they sell. If you are customer and product obsessed that will help in your success working for this company.

Cons

There was no work life balance. Asking for time off was a very stressful experience because the business will always come first.
