After you intern with Gucci, other employers look at you in a better light The management is very motivating, they recognize great work It's Gucci! Who wouldn't be proud to work there? Amazing employee discount... even for interns!

Cons

They don't pay interns. Opportunities for advancement are hard to define Things can be very disorganized. The interview process was all over the place!

The only pros are an employee discount and health insurance. That’s it.

Cons

Toxic work place. HR is a joke! Office is filled with incompetent workers. No advancement unless you suck up, lie, gossip and screw people over. They treat you like you are 5 years old and LOVE control. It’s not worth it.
