The upper management including human resources does not respond to concerns brought up by the store staff. they do not care if the manager of the store is abusive.

Pros

Great product great discount good people to work with. Company has many good qualities at another location that follow the rules and abide bye what they are supposed to do and the company expectations. In my current location we weren't allowed to have weekends off and our store is open every single day so we were wired to work most holidays if not all.

Cons

Speaking to HR would normally be considered confidential, but with this company that's not the case.

One is able to be independent. Having connections within only helps guarantee your success. Those who don't speak up, will typically end up leaving on a bad note. If you want to get a promotion, you cannot be afraid to reach out and speak with upper level management. Typically store level management is too afraid to promote from within.

Cons

Very time demanding. Say goodbye to spending the week of christmas with family, especially if they are out of state.
