The only good thing about working there is the perks and the discount. There is so much hierarchy and you can't talk to certain people. The room to grow here is terrible. I've had multiple people ask me to work for the company and if I can get them a referral and I steer them away. If you want to just get this on your resume you can and the perks are great along with the health insurance but the overall toxicity of the place is a lot. People are really rude and HR does absolutely nothing. Multiple have gone to HR about certain people and not only has HR exposed those people to their managers but they didn't do anything about it. It's a disgrace and people think they are holier than thou working here. Pay is low and work life balance is non existent.
