Pros

Gucci was a great experience because of the high volume of product and daily foot traffic in the store. It taught me how to juggle many priorities at once while maintaining a luxury experience for clients. The hourly/ commission is extremely competitive. Plus the store can receive bonuses for good numbers. Overall, our sales team learned to love one another and corporate took care of employees who did their job well.

Cons

Work-life balance was less than desirable and at some points the quality of the product was clearly compromised in order to create higher company sales. Also, sales quotas are crucial for employees as missing one month can jeopardize your job.
