Quick professional and personal growth, guidelines and procedures for everything, good communication with superiors, effective replenishment and orders, challenging and stimulating

Cons

Sometimes too strict guidelines and contraproductive for sales and customers happiness depending on area, high traffic therefore stressfull sometimes (but still better then boring), quite long recruitment process
