Pros

Great benefits with competitive pay. The company as a whole is always working towards inclusion and diversity. Gucci provides many outlets to express yourself no matter what team level you're in. COVID-19 hasn't affected the company as much as other retail brands so job security is strong.

Cons

The company expects their money's worth and will leave you drained most weeks. Management is always going back and forth with new/old company policy but rarely enforces it. Poor communication.
