Pros

Amazing brand to work with, wonderful on-boarding training experience , nice salary and staff benefit, keep on going trainings for skill and knowledge

Cons

It’s very different when you working in flagship store, concession or outlets, don’t over expecting if you only see the amazing store and product, or busy sales . Everyone have clear role and job to do, not very teamwork, sometime is competitive Very dependent on the management in the store, the team building and motivation way need suit you, if possible you can go to store couple of times to see how the staff looks during the day, you will see if they are happy or unhappy, if that environment suit you. Again, Don’t over expecting. It is a great brand, and super developed today and hot trending in the market, but also means highly demanding and very tired, as well as highly target to achieve!
