Pros

Staff Discount is generally, Good compared to other luxury brands- (that’s the only reason why people stay for as long as they do- even HR partners abuse their staff discount!)

Cons

Terrible management from Team Managers to Store Directors to HR to CEO….. the company some how had a great way of hiring all the wrong people for all the important roles. The Gucci marketing is very good- it sparks conversation and confusion-in the way that it’s fun to read in a magazine, but working for the brand and trying the sell the things it advertises…. Let’s just say things aren’t flying off the shelves and you’ll be standing there in a hate crime of a uniform begging for a sale (and you’ll end up just selling a piece of silver jewellery to a 13 year old for the entire day)

Pros

The pay is good. That’s all. Play the politics of the office and maybe you can move up people!

Cons

Everything. Toxic environment. Management is terrible, they make it obvious that they don’t care about their employees. Absolute terrible company to work for. Management only looks out for themselves and works their employees to the bone. They will come up with excuses for ANYTHING; they do not care about your concerns. Seems like the company doesn’t care for you but only the profits you make for the company. Fortunately I left for bigger and better things 😉💅🏻
