If I could give this place zero stars I would

Cons

Management smokes outback without clocking out. Adopts pets from customers while on the clock. Lack of communication and they critique your every move. Write ups get passed out like candy. Silenced where you can't talk with your fellow team mates or talk about your personal journeys to build a relationship with clients. Zero work life balance. Favoritism with schedules. You name it....
