I started working there with very low expectations and now im going in my 11th year with the company. I’ve had many opportunities for growth and have been very happy with the company

Quick money. Decent pay. Decent tips.

Cons

Where to start... No manager. Refuse to fill position. No appointments. The owner hates requests for stylists. Owner didn't like to hear complaints about team leaders. Stylist who shouldn't be doing hair don't get fired. Owner won't fire you in fear you'll get unemployment.
