built in clientele, depending on the franchisee they may offer health insurance

Cons

Lots of nights and weekends, long hours, need to request off up to 6 weeks in advance for events, if your schedule is open you will likely work every weekend

Cons

clicks, unprofessional management, no one on same page, owners redact what they say will pay you even if its in writing.
