This is the worst place to work ,there's no manger no assistant manger you are left to do everything I would open the store or close the store, clean the store head to toe because very few stylist would clean ,answer phones, check people in as they come, and help new employees with the computer, all while you have a client then they expect your haircut to be under seventeen minutes. There are no pay raises I got one fifty cent raise after six months and I was told my haircuts were not fast enough to even be receiving that. If you need to call in sick the manger over at Rockport will tell you it's your problem to find someone to come in. On several occasions the employees are left in the store alone when it is supposed to be two people at all times. They fired me one month short of a year I've never even missed one day of work !!!

Where do I start? The wages suck. The franchisee is a cheapskate and takes form the employees. This franchise is a joke. 12 minutes to cut hair. No raises. Bust your buns daily and it gets very old and very tiring. Managers get fancy trips while us hardworking "lowlife workers" are the reason they got there! Never again...
