Fast paced inviroment. Good tips.

Cons

Work way too hard for little pay. Poor work hours lits of nights and weekends. Little to no time off on the weekends. Not good if you have kids and a family.

Constant stream of customers means more tips. You will, by repetition, learn how to do a men's fade. At least one of your coworkers will be a friend..maybe.

Cons

Cons? How much time ya got? You will never hear a thank you! You will hurt from head to toe when its around the holidays, back to school and God forbid "the great haircut sale"! The so-called bonuses are a joke! You will have to do 5 haircuts an hour to earn and extra 50 cents, which is doable if you do buzz cuts all day but throw a couple A-lines or long layer, face frame into your day and there goes your "productivity". Everyone pays the same...the buzz that takes 6 min and the lady with hair down her back that hasn't brushed her hair in days and takes you over 30 min ... all $14.00! So tip will probably be around 3 bucks... be grateful for $5! I could go on but im too happy to be out of that place! Good luck

Easy money you have a bais pay and you earn tips along with a percentage of product sells and productivity if your salon is buisy enough .

Cons

Sometimes the franchises are beyond strict saying thungs like you dont deserve to eat lunch you dont deserve to have time off to go see your family all you are allowed to do is stand behind the chair and cut hair and thats not right i am a humanbeing and i have needs like eating or using the bathroom everyonce in a while
