Pros

Depending on what franchise you're with, (I love mine in Eastern NC!) wages are great as well as flexibility with hours, steady pace, fun atmosphere, more contests with great prizes (products, styling tools, etc.)

Cons

Depending on what franchisee you're with, late night hours (open until 9 in my location) so finding childcare can be difficult as well as working most weekends

Pros

Great Company IF you keep working your butt off for them!! Great way to build clientèle.

Cons

I stepped out of management and gave a month notice. DO NOT do this. After I did this I was pushed completely out. I was to train new manager, but things didn't go that way. No loyalty after several years of hard work.
