Great place to work. Flexible hours. Ok tips.

Cons

Not enough hourly. Ive been a stylist for 23 yrs and should DEFINITELY be making more then $10/hr. No benefits or retirement. :-(

Depending on the location, you have the opportunity to earn decent tips.

Cons

The company wants you to cut hair in less than 12 minutes per person to gain productivity. This gives very little quality time for the client, especially if you have a indecisive one. There are few manorities in Managment and very few franchises that offer health and dental benefits. It's a chop shop to earn fast money for the franchise.
