Great for new stylists who want to learn

Pros

Great client flow, you dont have to depend on clientele. Opportunity to learn and refine skills right out of school.

Cons

Not much room for growth. The business model is almost made to keep you stuck there. The pay is not competitive, and all the job listings include tips in their pay estimates. Bonuses and incentives are rare to actually receive and make any difference in your pay.

It's a good place to work, but it will very greatly depending on the franchise you're working for.

Cons

You can make a lot more money on your own, but you have to grind a lot harder.
