      Steady immediate clientele, ongoing training, variety of shifts available, great team atmosphere, quality hair are products to recommend and sell.

      Cons

      Working Sunday and late nights (some stores close at 9:00 p.m.). Requires a good deal of organizational skills to keep a work/personal life balance.

      Pros

      I really like my job! I get to work with a great group of women who all have different strengths that contribute to the growing success of our salon. At Great Clips we're almost always busy, the time goes by quickly and the pay is better than I expected. I look forward to going to work everyday, and that feels good!

      Cons

      I miss doing color and am having to work on my speed as I am used to spending more time with a customer.
