      Pros

      I love working for Great Clips for so many reasons.. Base pay, productivity and retail commissions, GREAT team atmosphere, no need to build a clientele, Great Clips has 30 million customers already waiting for you! Not to mention all the fun stuff I've been a part of... Convention, Zone meetings, All Staff Rally, advanced training, Great Looks style book.

      Cons

      Like any salon job you have to work nights and weekends, however that is also where you make the most money. So it's really worth it!

      Pros

      Salon promotes itself and has great coupons and promotions that keep the customers coming back. Very laid back atmosphere and caring franchises. Lots of room to advance.

      Cons

      Open until 9pm during weekdays and it just feels so late. Other than that, the business and pace is great. Thanks.
