Benefits, hourly pay, good money. Pto (if you can get time off)

Cons

Not flexible scheduling/ inconsistent scheduling, you will work long hours and it’s hard to get time off. They work you to the point of quitting they value speed over quality. They don’t value their employees only how many haircuts you can do in an hour, it’s a sweatshop
