There is already a clientele so you need not worry about that.

Cons

The management only care about getting the hours that they want. Sell sell sell....... They want to make money off of you and if you cant sell their over priced products then they will let you go. They say that if you cant do 10 minute cuts then you make next to no money. The point is to get them out as soon as possible. They dont care about their employees and I would never recommend anyone to work for them. Not in Gastonia n.c. anyhow. In order to get health insurance through this company you have to be full time. I was hired on as full time yet no one got the hours needed to get the insurance. If there was a way to give them a 0 star rating, this is what they would get from me.

Culture is supportive of employees. PTO is generous. Work is interesting and never boring. Rhoda Olsen is an excellent role-model.

Cons

Too much work for individuals to complete. Long hours expected. Work-life balance lacking at times. Salaries need adjustment to match responsibilities
