Been with the company for 11 years they have help grown me from right out of beauty school our owners genuinely care about all their employees

Don't do color. And you can't havea set schedule

Depending on the location it's usually a great, positive & structured work environment.

Cons

Could have more incentives for staff. Seems like shops are not very consistent with how they are ran. One shop could be great & the other not so much, which then gives the company a bad name over all.

I had very good hours. Everyone that worked at great clips were so nice. I was able to trade shifts with other stylists.

Cons

At great clips my boss was very strict about how he wanted everything done and when he wanted everything done
