Their academy is basic run of the mill. Ok review. Nice women to work with. Owners are nice.
Cons
People use coupons then stiff you or give $1. Not enough tipping. Many people complain that $13 is too much money for a haircut. People only want to come in when there are coupons. Broken promises over wages and hours There are people that take advantage of haircut return policy just to get free haircuts. In return that makes the stylist look bad and possibly get written up. If a cut looks bad that's one thing, but there are those that just flat out take advantage of it. Smelly and drunk people. RUDE RUDE customers!!!!! I've never worked for a company in my life that treated stylists so bad. We have to "take it" because it's not good customer service. It's ridiculous. I've never seen so many people in my life threaten a company with lawsuits. It's crazy. They are NUMBERS DRIVEN. your numbers are up for display for EVERYONE TO SEE. Haircuts have to be between 12-17 min. Your wait between customers is timed. You have to push product on people. If you don't do this you will be shamed in RED. CUSTOMERS HERE SUCK!!!!!
