Pros
Structure guidance and a contenuance throughout all salons the technology and follow up is good and the research that corporate is putting in for there franchisees
Cons
This structure does not fit every stylist and makes it difficult to hire stylist who are willing to do haircuts only. When you only hire stylidt out of school and management does not follow up with vutting guidance the whole salon will be put under the same umbrella of being a chop shop
