Depending on location you could be quite busy with clients which means you potentially can make great tips.

Cons

If you don't have a decent manager the job could be a nightmare. During sale times you feel like you're giving away you're expertise in hairstyling for pennies. The base salary is too low

They have created such an uplifting culture thats so warm and welcoming.

Cons

The only negative is being open on sundays, however in our industry we are the busiest on weekends.
