The pizza place next door has great food

Cons

No lunches even though they go back in the system and dock your hours for them. There was no repercussions for management for starting drama between stylist,lying on paper work , doing drugs or disclosing privet medical information about staff to clientele, other stylists, and people who worked in the strip mall. Their overturn rate is awful.

I started as a PT Stylist, 14-20 hrs a week, then Stylist, Asst Mar and now Manager I'm a matter of 2.5 yrs and am now in my 8th year with the Company. The pay is great, hourly + productivity bonus + product bonus + incentive for split shirts and 6 day pay. Work with and for great people.

Cons

A room full of women can defiantly have it's ups and downs but we work through the conflict.
