      Pros

      Didn't have much responsibility. The manager still did most of the work.

      Cons

      Didn't have opportunities to grow in learning new skills. Pay was terrible.

      Pros

      Very busy, time flew by. Met great clients daily. Co workers were great.

      Cons

      Franchise owner never cut hair ( of course). 12-17 minute cut times are not reasonable. Location had three assistant managers to micromanage staff entire time. No breaks. Half of the customers smelled awful and would not pay shampoo up charge. Pressure to sell products for low commission.

      Obviously on your feet constantly, get good shoes.
