      Great for starting out and learning. Good walk ins to practice on

      Cons

      no set schedule, never a weekend off. Low pay. No Sick days. franchise owners do not cut, have no clue how hard this job is on your body. And the customer is NOT always right. You should have your employees back sometimes.

      The company is great! I love the people I work with. Positive thinking is key. I have a great staff. Willing to work extra hours. Earn extra money with productivity and commission.

      Cons

      Doing haircuts in 15 minutes or less. Sometimes you just want to spend more time with a customer. No chemicals. But it's good if you have allergies to colors or perm solution. .
