Fun flexible schedules, family atmosphere,continued education. Great franchisee. Awesome location with great customer flow. Ability to work within the community and local beauty schools

Cons

Nothing negative to say feel appreciated wish I had more feedback from the franchisee.

Pros

Don't have to stress about finding clientele. Provides product for you to familiarize yourself and educate client. Lots of training available for management and stylists. The freedom to manage the "right way". And the structure of great clips standards keep it easy to enforce with consistency.

Cons

Only thing I don't like is that we don't have as much "FREEDOM" to express ourselves through fashion, piercings, hair color etc. Example: can't wear jeans/tennis shoes hair can't be unnaturally colored. Piercings are limited and tatoo's must be covered. The dress code policies are out of date and geared towards corporate clientele which we don't see much of.
