Pros

Have worked for them in some capacity for 20 years. Great pay, excellent benefits not provided by most other salons, wonderful people, great team work, flexible schedules and can grow with your life as it changes.

Cons

No cons, however we are hard working, dedicated professionals who take pride in our craft. It is not for everyone but if you utilize the tools, education and learn the system you can be very successful.

Pros

There's not anything good about this company. It's honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a job unfortunately.

Cons

I began working here and the management was horrible. The manager was extremely unprofessional and the training was a joke. They threw me in without any training and didn't care to help me work the computer system or anything. They kept the place filthy and didn't sweep after every client. I worked there a little over 2 weeks and got strep throat and a kidney infection. I went in and took my doctors note, who recommended I not be around clients while I was so ill, which was OUT OF MY CONTROL. The manager called me while I was home sick and fired me over the phone. That is horrible, I had a doctors note which should have been a valid reason for not being there. The manager would talk super inappropriately and was extremely unprofessional around clients. I was livid after he called me that night, he didn't even have the decency to tell me to my face that I was let go. This place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Our owner does a great job following through with the great clips message and follows it with great customer service, convience and a great price.

Cons

In the Seattle markey stylist are hard to come by in our tech community.
