Great clips has a lot of reasons why it's a good company to work for. They always have continued education, you can always make more than your hourly rate, and you can always move up!!

I wouldn't work for anyone else. I have been with great clips 21 years. I started as a stylist and got promoted to corporate. Love love love this company!

Cons

I have no cons. I worked for an amazing franchisee and now I work for corporate. Wouldn't work for anyone else.
