Pros

Hourly wage, tips, and productivity bonuses. Team environment, and an established clientele. Great clips is a billion dollar brand! Also, with the right Franchisee, you receive paid time off, paid holidays, and insurance if you are full time flex.

Open on Sundays and on some holidays

Great clips wants you to do as many haircuts as you can in one day for a flat rate.

Pros

A paycheck would be considered a pro I suppose, and salons are typically busy. Clientele can be awesome and tip well.

Cons

They push haircuts to be done in 13 minutes. They offer at flat rate of pay, they want you to be productive but don't want to compensate you for your productivity.
